At Sparkle and Spritz, your satisfaction is important to us. While we are unable to accept general returns for perfume decants due to the nature of the product, we are happy to assist with the following:

Returns for Damaged Items
If your decant(s) arrive damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please photograph the item(s) clearly showing the damage and email us at info@sparklespritz.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns or Exchanges for Unopened Packages
We understand that sometimes plans change. If your package is unopened and you wish to return or exchange it, please send a photo of the unopened box to [insert your email here] within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unopened package returns or exchanges.

Due to safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for decants that have been opened or used.
